Who is this for?

This workshop is for anyone who:

- Struggles with feeling or expressing their boundaries.

- Feels disconnected from their body-mind or frequently exhausted.

- Wants to deepen their understanding of consent as an ongoing practice of listening to oneself and others.

- Seeks to improve communication in all areas of life—personal, professional, and community-based.

You do not need prior knowledge of consent, but it may be useful if you have some experience with inner work.

What will we explore?

Each session builds on the previous one, but you are welcome to join the first or first two workshops individually.

April 2 | The Foundations of Consent

Introduction and exploration of consent from an anti-punitive, anti-cancellation perspective. We will work with the Yes-to-No spectrum, the Consent Iceberg, and understand consent work as a process of self-exploration and practicing mutual care, reconnecting with one’s body-mind.

April 8 | Saying No with Confidence

The art of saying no. We will look at people-pleasing tendencies and engage in self-reflection exercises to clarify personal boundaries.

April 9 | Capacity and Honesty
Deepening engagement with personal boundaries and reflecting on how to resource ourselves.

April 16 | Listening and Receptivity

Exploring radical receptivity, honesty, avoidance, and stress responses.
