Let’s work on deep listening, (self-)consent, your boundaries, your yes, your no, and your maybe from a transformative, situated, and embodied approach.
Let’s practice cultivating awe and joy while holding complexity.
Let’s deepen our commitment to liberation and the transformation of oppressive systems, and strengthen both our own agency and collective agency.
Let’s create change from a grounded, connected, and resourced place, while learning to navigate the contradictions and deep grief of oppressive systems so that we can heal together.
Do you want to work on your confidence, your self-listening, and connect with the wisdom of your soma?
Learn how to hold complexity without anxiety or overwhelm?
Commit to collective liberation and transform patterns that no longer serve you on this path?
In individual sessions we can explore what is alive in your body, practice presence, and cultivate internal and external resources to embrace complexity and commit to change without becoming overwhelmed.
Important: I do not offer psychotherapy. I am a somatic consent educator and have training in integrative somatic trauma therapy. My approach is trauma-informed, but we will not work directly with traumatic stories; instead, we will work with what is present here and now in your body. The aim is to offer your system new ways of holding itself that are more aligned with how you want to inhabit the world today.
The sessions are a mix of more educational and theoretical components, and somatic and experiential work.
Do you want to work together on your relational dynamic through a practice of consent, mutual care, and deep listening?
Learn how to navigate conflict, hold contradictions and complexity without falling into binaries or becoming overwhelmed?
Explore how consent lives within your relationship in a supported and contained space?
In couple sessions, we can explore what wants to transform but feels afraid, what has already transformed, or what wants to remain as it is. We can practice presence and mutual care, and cultivate internal and external resources to embrace complexity and commit to the change you desire, while respecting your own timing.

Do you want to learn and practice transformation together, mutual care, resilience, and commitment toward collective liberation from a holistic, somatic, anti-capitalist, and anti-punitive perspective?
In group settings, we can practice supporting one another, forming alliances, helping each other find grounding and co-regulate, and creating more space for contradictions within our collectives and within ourselves.
We create an exploratory space focused on politicized somatic practice, reflection, connection, and healing.
